Kyowa Hakko Ink mAb Deal Worth Up To $520M
|
March
6, 2008--Amgen will receive an
exclusive license to develop and commercialize Kyowa Hakko’s humanized
monoclonal antibody KW-0761 worldwide, except in Japan, Korea, China, and
Taiwan. Under the agreement, Kyowa Hakko will receive an upfront payment
of $100 million and could also receive up to $420 million in additional
